Monthly sponsorships are available for the morning shakeout’s weekly email newsletter and podcast, both of which go out to a growing audience every Tuesday morning. This is the only way to promote your brand, product, service or event specifically to the morning shakeout’s loyal following of running nerds, track and field aficionados, coaches, writers, mediaphiles and other eclectic intellectuals who appreciate insightful writing and thought-provoking commentary on the sport and other topics I deem worthwhile.

As a competitive athlete myself, Olympic-level coach, and former senior editor at Competitor magazine, I’m able to relate to my guests on a unique level and ask unconventional questions that lead to interesting and thought-provoking responses.
